Please note the theme this year: “Focus on the West”. If you wish to submit images, please provide me with the following information: full name, phone number, email address and the number of images you would like to submit.
I will compile a summary table for final discussion at the February meeting. Please only submit if you are making a firm commitment. It complicates our interaction with the Stampede folks if we have to make too many last-minute adjustments. Please provide your response to me by 05 February. Kevin
Hello! Just wanted to check in and give you some information unless Randi has contacted you (in which case just ignore me….) Like last year, each of the three clubs will be able to submit up to 30 images. It can be 30 members with one image each or 1 member with 30. You guys will choose that internally. All images need to be hangable – a wire or some other similar mechanism on the back. Once you choose who will display, I need their name, phone number and email address (and the number of images they will be providing). If I can get that information by mid February that would be great. Let me know if you need more time. I then give that information to the Stampede and they send out contracts to each person on the list. You’ll be getting instructions on where and when to bring in the images and when they need to be picked up. Photographers’ Corner will be offered again and I will send out invitations once I get all the names for everyone displaying in my hands. Hope this makes sense.
