Richard Berry is a retired professional photographer whose work focused on nature photography. His photographs are represented by Alamy, and he was a regular contributor to PhotoLife magazine. He is a member of the Royal Photographic Society (RPS) and has written several articles for the Society’s Iris magazine.
Over the years, Richard has taught photography workshops and led photo tours throughout Africa, Europe and North America, as well as in Ecuador, including the Galápagos Islands, the Highlands and the Amazon Basin.
Richard has a long history with the Canmore Camera Club, having supported its early development through presentations at Canmore Collegiate. The funds raised helped cover the cost of meeting space at the Canmore Recreation Centre. He is proud of his long association with the club and of being an honorary lifetime member.
These days, Richard enjoys photography for the simple pleasure of being outdoors with his camera, observing the natural world and capturing the moments that catch his eye.
