Born in the UK, raised in Canada, first film camera at 13, first Mirrorless DSLR at 70 and many in between. I am a generalist, not a specialist in my subject matter, as I enjoy the act of pushing the shutter at what catches my eye. If I get a good image, or not, just being out is worthwhile. My philosophy is, to quote Ansel Adams, “You don’t take a photograph, you make it.”
